We offer a 2-year warranty for all reasonable damage incurred to a bag. Simply return the bag to us, or contact one of our customer service agents, who will direct you to your nearest authorised repair agent and we’ll pick up the bill. If, however, the damage is assessed to not be the result of normal use, then you will be responsible for the repair cost. We have worked to ensure that our repair agents offer excellent rates, and we’ll gladly recommend one if you have any other leather repair needs.

Change-of-mind returns are eligible for exchange. Contact one of our customer service agents for assistance with this process. You may exchange your item for any similar item. If the new item is of greater cost, you will have to pay the difference.

If you wish to return a defective item, then a full refund will be offered once the item has been inspected by our team and determined to be due to a product defect.

By Mail

You can return your online purchase by mail free of charge within Australia 20 business days of arrival, using the included return bag. If you misplace the return bag, contact one of our customer service agents for assistance.

In Store

All items can be exchanged within 20 business days at our Sydney store.

Paypal returns

We advise Paypal customers against processing a charge-back prior to contacting our customer service agents. Any attempt to use the charge-back function will be disputed. Upon receiving your returned item, we will determine whether it is eligible for refund, then provide you with the relevant options. In any case, we will process any payment that is owed

You can bring your online order into your nearest WOMBAGS store (excluding Myer or David Jones concession stores) for an exchange within 20 business days of receiving your delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition.

WOMBAGS accepts Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard) and PayPal payment for all online purchases. 

Most online orders are fulfilled from our Sydney warehouse within a few hours, but please contact us and we may be able to cancel your order. Cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Once your parcel arrives at our head office, your refund will be processed back to the same account you’ve used to make your purchase in 3-5 business days.

Any orders made via Afterpay will be refunded and we will cancel any future payments.

For an instant refund on full priced items, simply bring your purchase to your nearest WOMBAGS store within 14 days from arrival date. Just be sure that your purchase is in its original condition with all its tags attached, and please have your tax invoice with you.

All online orders are fulfilled from our Sydney warehouse within a few hours, once your order has been confirmed Client Services are unable to make changes, though you may be able to update directly with the courier.

For Australian orders, please login to your MyPost Account. If you have received your Australia Post tracking number, please click here to view your delivery options. 

For international orders, please contact DHL. If you have received your DHL Tracking/Waybill number, please click here and DHL may give you the option of updating your shipping address. Please note that if DHL are able to manually update your delivery details, your tax invoice will still reflect your original details as this was processed prior to your address change.

If you enter an incorrect address during checkout, WOMBAGS is not liable for any delay or if the item does not arrive to you. Where an incorrect address is entered, parcels are usually returned to sender. We will make every effort upon the parcel being returned to us to re-label and re-dispatch, however WOMBAGS cannot be accountable for any delays which are incurred during the transit/delivery period. Please note there may be an added delivery charge to resend your item(s) to the correct address.

WOMBAGS will pay the customs duty and tax charges when the purchase total (excluding shipping) exceeds the duty-free threshold (AUD $1,000).

Orders less than $1000 AUD customs duty and tax charges will be applied and is payable by the recipient, it is implicit that the purchaser agrees for WOMBAGS and/or its agent to clear the goods through customs on their behalf.

  • Customs or import duties are charged once an order reaches its destination (delivery country).
  • Charges must be paid by the recipient and vary widely country to country.
  • WOMBAGS have no control over these charges and cannot speculate what the cost may be. All charges are levied.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid any unforeseen charges.

During the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak we are, however, taking extra precautions. Together with our shipping and delivery partners we are taking every step necessary to ensure all appropriate health and hygiene standards are followed.

There are currently longer transit times to all metropolitan, regional and international destinations due to increased border checks, longer customs handling times and limited flights for domestic postage. Please allow extra time for delivery.
